2024
We delivered Genesys Cloud deployments across 5 continents and achieved the Gold Standard as a Best Managed Company.
2023
We launched our SD-WAN service in partnership with Fortinet and debuted our first applications in the Genesys App Foundry.
2022
We brought together our extensive portfolio and our international team to proudly become DigitalWell.
As part of our charitable initiatives, we partnered with Women’s Aid to transform their communications.
2021
The acquisitions of Capstone, Strencom, ANS, Eleven and Wren Data reflected the landscape change as Cloud and Nationwide Network Infrastructure and Enterprise Cloud Contact Centre solutions bolstered our portfolio and offering.
2020
In May, we acquired Novi and later in June, Intellicom. These mergers introduced Proactive IT, Cyber Security, Cloud UC & CC and Voice Network to our business.
2019
Acquiring Invistech allowed us to offer IT services.

The Executive Team
Ross Murray
Chief Executive Officer
Ross is the CEO and co-founder of DigitalWell and leads the development of the short and long term strategy of the business.
Ross has demonstrable results in business growth both in the recent acquisitions by Welltel as well as our organic growth, and in his previous venture as owner and director of Taurus Communications for over a decade.
Ross has a vast knowledge of the telecoms and connectivity global landscape and is passionate about keeping Welltel in-line with worldwide standards to ensure customers get the best solutions for their business with the highest quality support and service to back it up.
John Quinn
Executive Chairman
John Quinn co-founded DigitalWell in 2007.
He has led the sourcing, executing, integrating and financing of the Group and its various acquisitions to date.
Previously, John has served as CEO of JD Champion Ireland, a substantial retail business in Ireland.
Mark McShane
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer at DigitalWell, Mark McShane is responsible for the global operations of the company.
He brings more than 30 years of in-depth experience, and his wealth of knowledge and leadership have been the driving force in developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, while providing outstanding client service and profitable revenue growth.
Prior to joining DigitalWell in 2017, Mark was the MD of ATS, a provider of technology-driven communication services.
Mark led ATS’ efforts to deliver best-in-class unified communications services to thousands of clients.
Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant having completed a degree in Business Studies at Trinity College Dublin.
Gus Kelly
Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer at DigitalWell Gus has responsibility sales processes, transactions, market analysis and client relationship management.
Gus joined DigitalWell in 2021 as result of the acquisition of Capstone, an international contact centre systems integrator, that he founded and ran as Managing Director.
Nicky Brennan
M&A Director
Nicky is the M&A Director of DigitalWell and is responsible for all M&A activities of the group, including sourcing and executing acquisitions.Before joining DigitalWell in 2019, Nicky was group CFO and Head of Investments at an investment group.
Nicky is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland having trained with PwC in Dublin. Nicky advised across a range of services including M&A, disposals, debt advisory, corporate restructurings and equity fundraising.
